KinetLink acts as a platform connecting users with brand partners. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of products or services offered by brand partners, nor for any disputes between users and brand partners.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
